    I like chanting “love, love, love, love, love” inside my head when I exercise. It helps, a lot!

    I will post for next week’s Get Moving Monday! Great idea!

    Thanks Julie, it is something I am very passionate about. If I could I would have everyone dancing through life; bebopping in line at the store, in their chairs at work, in and out of their cars, around the house and in their yard. How many more smiles would be on peoples faces watching and dancing so much. 😀
