Moving your body is so important and I believe so strongly in it that I decided to do Get Moving Mondays to share how to change your focus from exercise to moving your body in fun ways. My first post for Get Moving Monday is I Hate Exercise.

  1. Thanks Julie, it is something I am very passionate about. If I could I would have everyone dancing through life; bebopping in line at the store, in their chairs at work, in and out of their cars, around the house and in their yard. How many more smiles would be on peoples faces watching and dancing so much. 😀
