“Sometimes poets write what we wish we could say, and they tell us what we need to know. The poems in Wild Woman Waking lead us to a place where we can proudly refuse to be “bent and broken”; instead, they document a journey to self-acceptance, peace, and understanding – where in a community of women, we celebrate and dance as Mud Women. We become women of spirit and keepers of our own keys.” ~Beth Camp

  1. Yes! Soul to soul.

I gather from the above, you’ve been unwell – hoping that is gone very soon. Forgive my intermittent attention to your wonderful words but my back is playing up again and I’m struggling to sit, let alone write.

    • Thanks Lisa, this is back from April’s A to Z challenge so no I’m not sick these days. I am however dealing with burnout and haven’t been doing much writing, hence sharing of older posts.

Sorry to hear your back is giving you trouble. I am curious, being a neuromuscular massage therapist, what type of back trouble you’re having. I might have some recommendations for you to help on your healing journey.

      Hugs to you.
