I began writing for the NaNoWriMo challenge this week and I am perusing music that I can keep my body moving between stints of writing and to dance on my breaks. If the music perks me up, all the better. Remember stuck in the body, stuck on the page. Move your body to keep the words flowing.

  • What are you afraid of? (I’m afraid I won’t reach my goal of 50,000 words this month.
  • What perks you up?

Dive deep with one or both of these questions and write either a poem, or a stream of consciousness or both. If you blog it come back and share your link in the comments below.
