Sweetly written .. I began a bit earlier so I couldn’t write about dragons … so I did an alliterative poem about a Dotty Dowager: https://bastetandsekhmet.wordpress.com/2016/04/05/a-to-z-challenge-the-letter-d-april-5-2016/

Magic is mostly in small things and leaps out when one is not looking for it. Good luck with feeling the feelings.

    Lovely.

I am reading Cornelia Funke’s Dragonrider (I wrote my post last week) now to continue my quest to understand middle-grade tastes. Our book choices at the moment likely couldn’t be more different while still likely to come up in the same keyword search. I think yours sounds like a good choice for my next round of thematic reading.
