Wild and Juicy Writing Prompts – Day 10

Wild and Juicy Writing Prompts – Day 10

“I know there is strength in the differences between us. I know there is comfort, where we overlap.” ― Ani DiFranco

What do you see when you look at this photo? What story comes to mind whether personal or fictional?

Possibilities:

  • community
  • colorful
  • travel
  • journey

How to Play along:

It’s simple really, you can write up to 99 words, no more, in poetry, memoir, essays, or flash fiction – or – you can write thirteen, yes thirteen, lines of I remember…

You then come back and tell us where to find your lovely words and we’ll hop over to read them. Do remember to visit the other participants and share word love along the way.

You may think that’s too many possibilities but I say, too much of the same thing gets boring. So, when you hop along reading what others have written, you never know what you will find; could be a poem, a flash fiction story,  a bit of memoir, or an interesting essay.

Remember, use the hashtag, #365PhotoPrompts or #365RDWR which is; 365 days – read, dance, write, repeat.

Listen, watch, dance, and shake out (and in) the energies to get your words on the page!

Have fun following your words!
Read, Dance, Write, Repeat!

  1. Today I am at jury duty this morning…. a room filled with a varied diverse group of people yet for a common cause to serve justice… someone ‘s fate for their life is in our combined hands… no one should get a punishment that they don’t deserve yet no one should be let loose who is a potential threat to the society…. A BALANCE

    JURY DUTY
    Unity in diversity
Colors make the juror room vibrant
    The commonness is the comfort
    The difference is the strength
    Complimenting and Supplementing
    We feel complete
A deficiency is not the deficiency of the group anymore
The strengths all together , are the strength of the group all the more
It feels like we are stronger now
Together the work will be accomplished
    Trusting, respecting one another
    When we are trusted,
we are happy to accomplish the task together 😊💕🙏sr
