“You’ll learn, as you get older, that rules are made to be broken. Be bold enough to live life on your terms, and never, ever apologize for it. Go against the grain, refuse to conform, take the road less traveled instead of the well-beaten path. Laugh in the face of adversity, and leap before you look. Dance as though EVERYBODY is watching. March to the beat of your own drummer. And stubbornly refuse to fit in.”― Mandy Hale, The Single Woman: Life, Love, and a Dash of Sass
How to Play along:
It’s simple really, you can write up to 99 words, no more, in poetry, memoir, essays, or flash fiction – or – you can write thirteen, yes thirteen, lines of I remember…
You then come back and tell us where to find your lovely words and we’ll hop over to read them. Do remember to visit the other participants and share word love along the way.
You may think that’s too many possibilities but I say, too much of the same thing gets boring. So, when you hop along reading what others have written, you never know what you will find; could be a poem, a flash fiction story, a bit of memoir, or an interesting essay.
Remember, use the hashtag, #365PhotoPrompts or #365RDWR which is; 365 days – read, dance, write, repeat.
Listen, watch, dance, and shake out (and in) the energies to get your words on the page!
