Wild and Juicy Writing Prompts – Day 14

Wild and Juicy Writing Prompts – Day 14

“When we hit the wall of our own limitations, one of our first reactions is to look around for someone else to blame.”

When I drew the background for this doodle, I didn’t like how it turned out. Last night I decided to color it anyway and I ended up loving it. What in your life have you almost given up on but pushed through and were happy with the results?  What story comes to mind whether personal or fictional?

Possibilities:

  • creativity
  • blame
  • stubburness
  • pushing through

How to Play along:

It’s simple really, you can write up to 99 words, no more, in poetry, memoir, essays, or flash fiction – or – you can write thirteen, yes thirteen, lines of I remember…

You then come back and tell us where to find your lovely words and we’ll hop over to read them. Do remember to visit the other participants and share word love along the way.

You may think that’s too many possibilities but I say, too much of the same thing gets boring. So, when you hop along reading what others have written, you never know what you will find; could be a poem, a flash fiction story,  a bit of memoir, or an interesting essay.

Remember, use the hashtag, #365PhotoPrompts or #365RDWR which is; 365 days of – read, dance, write, repeat.

Listen, watch, dance, and shake out (and in) the energies to get your words on the page!

Have fun following your words!
Read, Dance, Write, Repeat!
