“Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.”― Brené Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You’re Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are
How to Play along:
It’s simple really, you can write up to 99 words, no more, in poetry, memoir, essays, or flash fiction – or – you can write thirteen, yes thirteen, lines of I remember…
You then come back and tell us where to find your lovely words and we’ll hop over to read them. Do remember to visit the other participants and share word love along the way.
You may think that’s too many possibilities but I say, too much of the same thing gets boring. So, when you hop along reading what others have written, you never know what you will find; could be a poem, a flash fiction story, a bit of memoir, or an interesting essay.
Remember, use the hashtag, #365PhotoPrompts or #365RDWR which is; 365 days of – read, dance, write, repeat.
Listen, watch, dance, and shake out (and in) the energies to get your words on the page!
